I just wanted to ask if it is ok to screw a amp directly into the metal chassis of the car (I know that there is not a gas tank behind it). This is the same part that the amp is grounded to. I just wanted to ask because I got a amp that once would not come out of protection unless it was not screwed into the car. The amp I am working with is a P400x4 running at 2 ohms.
