Wannabe
I always heard they were all bullshit but I bought a 12$ rain-x kit from auto parts store cause I just got HID light and noticed I had a lot of grey/yellow build up on my headlights and wanted to get them clear as possible , I tried just scrubbing the and didn't do anything. but I used the kit and had pretty good result, you can't tell in the pics as much as looking at it lol this is my first build, i have been waiting 4-5 years to have this done 95 chevy 2 door tahoe 5.7 Xs power d3400 Singer 275amp alternator Big 3 - all Knukonceptz Kolossus Fleks 0ga/ knu Fuses an holders Sundown SAE-1500d Mbquart onyx OA800.4 Stinger 4400 series RCAs and stinger volt meter Fi Q NEO 18, 7.5 cubes tuned 32hz Pioneer MVH-X690BS H/U Kicker CSS 6.5 comp sets in front doors Kicker KSC 4x10 coaxials in rear GTMAT and FAT MAT deadner Xenon 10k Blue HIDs
Kraken
Ive heard of using stove top cleaner, not sure how often it would need to be used though. Cleaning the inside, if you can, could also help, a toothbrush can get in there and possibly get anything thats gotten inside over years of time. Skullz
Get a can of off and spray a rag and wipe the headlights with it a few times till it clears up. You can also use toothpaste on a rag. You can get an expensive headlight restoration kit at the auto parts store. There are several methods to get it cleaned up, just need to decide which one to use is all. 01 Ford focus ZX3 Pioneer AVH-X491BHS PPI PC 4800.2 Morel Maximo 6.5" x2

3vil
We always wet sandc with #1200, #1500, #2000 and then buff them out with a mini polisher and a foam pad. Takes like 5min per light and looks sharp.
Wannabe
Yea the kit had 3 different buffing/sanding pads a lubricant while sanding and a sealant i was happy with the result, it's a 95 so they are not gonna turn out perfect but it cleaned them up pretty nice this is my first build, i have been waiting 4-5 years to have this done 95 chevy 2 door tahoe 5.7 Xs power d3400 Singer 275amp alternator Big 3 - all Knukonceptz Kolossus Fleks 0ga/ knu Fuses an holders Sundown SAE-1500d Mbquart onyx OA800.4 Stinger 4400 series RCAs and stinger volt meter Fi Q NEO 18, 7.5 cubes tuned 32hz Pioneer MVH-X690BS H/U Kicker CSS 6.5 comp sets in front doors Kicker KSC 4x10 coaxials in rear GTMAT and FAT MAT deadner Xenon 10k Blue HIDs
