Velcro tape crossovers to outside skin of my door panel? Rain? Bad?

I'm thinking about if I should Velcro tape my Hybrid Audio crossovers to the outer skin of my door. Would it be bad if rain gets it wet when I open my door? It rains 95% of the year where I live pretty much. I need to mount 2x crossovers to each door.

The spot I'm thinking of mounting is to the right of the door handle up at the top corner.

pretty sturdy and rain wont effect it in my experiance

in my experience any time ive put anything in the door water has gotten to it. windows seals are not water tite

I'm thinking about just mounting it outside of my door panel so I can make adjustments to my tweeter settings easily =_=.
