I'm having a hard time understanding exactly the purpose of an RCA distribution block. Yes I know it allows multiple amps to be installed, but if you already have a front, rear, and sub output on your radio this device it's kind of useless huh? Please correct me if I am wrong, I am just a little confused.

maybe its used if you have multi amps lets say 2-3 up front and the amps don't have line outs, i don't know, who makes it?

Scot Bowman makes it. I've used 3 of them. When you run multiple amps, it's just a nice, clean, effective way to split the channel.

Using one in the burban for the 6 sub amps now.

Yea Scott Bowman. Do you maybe have a diagram or something similar I can look at? Where did you install it in the vehicle?

you would install it wherever you had a multitude of amps that all need the same signal. Say 6 sub amps that need to all play the same input RCA but arent strapped or daisy chained, run the RCA to the back, plug it into the cockbox, boom, 6 RCA outputs

I really appreciate your help and everyone else's. Now I have a full understanding of how this works.

Blazer build. Its a one in, 4 out. Bottom left.

Second is a one in, 6 out. On the roof.

Its just mounted where it works easiest, looks OK, and functions. Used them for a while and they work. Plus, i love Scott. I like supporting him, and what he does. You can just buy some 2 dollar splitters if you want. But,..... meh, i run what i run, for more than a few reasons. And, always will.
