Blake21
So when I get loud, real loud my music skips in and out, is it the headunit? It's 2 hdc3 18s in a truck on a cheap 65$ pioneer headunit playing through auxiliary cord on youtube, it sound great at low volume but when I turn it up it cuts in and out, I'm guessing the entire head unit is skipping
ShadeTreeMechanic
Your sub amp will suck the power out of your front amp. If your voltage is dropping, maybe that's what is happening. 91 C350 Centurion conversion ( Four Door One Ton Bronco) 250A Alternator (Second Alternator Coming Soon) G65 AGM Up Front / Two G31 AGM in Back Pioneer 80PRS CT Sounds AT125.2 / CT Sounds 6.5 Strato Pro component Front Stage CT Sounds AT125.2 / Lanzar Pro 8" coax w/compression horn tweeter Rear Fill FSD 5000D 1/2 ohm (SoundQubed 7k Coming Soon) Two HDS315 Four Qubes Each 34hz (Two HDC3.118 and New Box Coming Soon)

ShadeTreeMechanic
How many batteries do you have in the back? 91 C350 Centurion conversion ( Four Door One Ton Bronco) 250A Alternator (Second Alternator Coming Soon) G65 AGM Up Front / Two G31 AGM in Back Pioneer 80PRS CT Sounds AT125.2 / CT Sounds 6.5 Strato Pro component Front Stage CT Sounds AT125.2 / Lanzar Pro 8" coax w/compression horn tweeter Rear Fill FSD 5000D 1/2 ohm (SoundQubed 7k Coming Soon) Two HDS315 Four Qubes Each 34hz (Two HDC3.118 and New Box Coming Soon)
Blake21
None I've got two up front with a 250 amp mechman alternator with dual 1/0 wires goin to primary battery. I'm running a second run of 1/0 to the back this weekend, the amp gets wicked hot running at 1 ohm
Skullz
Another thing you might want to do is check your wiring and see if it is getting really hot as well, if you can put one of those batts in back that might help with voltage drop. If you have another H/U to try, i would do that and see if anything changes, or try hooking up a phone directly to the amp with an adapter. 01 Ford focus ZX3 Pioneer AVH-X491BHS PPI PC 4800.2 Morel Maximo 6.5" x2
06RTCharger
Does it do the same thing with cd's? Maybe the aux/phone/youtube signal youre using is horrible and clips quickly. If the aux cuts out, but cd's play fine. Then maybe its just that u need to play better signals.

Keep an eye on your voltage at the amp, you need to keep it up. Get a couple of G31 AGM to put in the back and go through the floor to the frame with the ground and make sure you have a big ground from the frame to the engine block and the front batteries to the block. Post some pictures of your setup if you can. 91 C350 Centurion conversion ( Four Door One Ton Bronco) 250A Alternator (Second Alternator Coming Soon) G65 AGM Up Front / Two G31 AGM in Back Pioneer 80PRS CT Sounds AT125.2 / CT Sounds 6.5 Strato Pro component Front Stage CT Sounds AT125.2 / Lanzar Pro 8" coax w/compression horn tweeter Rear Fill FSD 5000D 1/2 ohm (SoundQubed 7k Coming Soon) Two HDS315 Four Qubes Each 34hz (Two HDC3.118 and New Box Coming Soon)
