You wont notice a difference on a general level.  Usually everything is oversized by design anyway so most folks dont see an issue.  Many of the 'extreme' rigs out there use CCA.  Although, aluminum has only 60-70% the conductivity as copper. If the price of CCA is 60% or less the cost of OFC, then its a deal.

One note, tinned OFC will last longer than copper clad aluminum.  Tin isnt the best conductor, but it does prevent corrosion better than copper clad aluminum.  Some folks rebuild every season or every few seasons, in which case, its not advantageous to spend extra $ on corrosion prevention.

Its all preference.  I personally prefer tinned OFC for the corrosion prevention (I hope my build lasts for many years ) and efficiency (i'm limited on power capability).  I had a little extra to spend on OFC so cost wasnt a hindrance.

Ahhhh ok exactly how I figured it'd be. I have plenty of CCA think I'm just going to replace all my old wire(3 years) for the shits and giggles. I'm sure something may have corroded a bit by now ?

I should have said I use tinned OFC, best IMO.  I do have some normal OFC here and there though.  =/
