If the noise is coming through the rcas then here is a device that might help:

http://davidnavone.com/product/n-807-amp-turn-off-pop-eliminator/

This is a relay module that disconnects the RCA line when the head unit is turned off. I have never used one, but it seems that it might help in your situation since the noise goes away with the rcas disconnected.

Oh yeah sent them an Email.

What about the PAC TR-4, anyone used that one before???

I tried one like 2 weeks ago. I have a stetsom amp on my mids. I get loud pop on turn on and turn off. Plus its a noisy amp. It was only doing it through the stetsom amp. My Rockford fosgate tweeter amp and my Rockford fosgate bass amp gets no pop. I tried another amp on my mids and problem was gone. In my case, the PAC-TR-4 didn't work for me. Seems like either the stetsom amp is defected or its just how its suppose to be. It does put out nice power with out a sweat. I will be replacing the amp soon with something else.

I see, Mine never used to it untill I put them amp in. Even if I take the amp out, it still does it now..

This amp is giving me the shits, I put it up for sale a while ago. If it ever sells I would love to upgrade but I doubt it will sell though.
