The person I talked to gave me a ridiculous (low) price and said it wouldn't have to be externally regulated. I went bananas. When the alt gets here I'm going to put that in and do the big 3. More like the big 6 but installing that alt will be a learning process for me. Never did a VW alt before. Ordered a new dash piece. I'm going to re-do everything there. Driver side rear PWX is reading 9 ohms and its supposed to read 4.8-5 like the rest. Its a 4 ohm driver. Trying to order a new one but everyone is out :/ Also ordered new parts for the frankin woofer I picked up a while back. Going to rebuild that sub. I ordered everything from PSI I want to get all this done before I go down to Nopi. It was just a lose lead apparently. Tightened it up but now I noticed another problem.. My rear speakers are playing like a tweeter. No mid-bass. Sounds like it's crossed at 3000hz or something. It also doesn't get loud. Only things I can think of is that the HU is doing it. The amp settings are identical for the front channel. (FI Team 12's) Also, sending a PM. Somehow I managed to wire it to 4ohms... I played a few tracks. At 4ohms its louder than my HDC3 @ full tilt. The Fi wasn't even moving.... Going to fix the wiring now, set it to 1. Only thing that sucks is that I have to take everything out to get the box out... Takes about an hour or two....
