06RTCharger
Here is the fuse holder and cardboard template and you can see where my fuse holder will be mounted, using an existing bolt and maybe adding a rivet and another bolt to secure it more. 06RTCharger
Was able to get the bracket done tonight after i got off work. Started off by using some double sided template tape to stick the fuse holder to the ABS plastic. Then i could flush cut the bottom portion that shares edges with the fuse holder. Then it was time to start bending. What i used was some peices of wood, some 50pound dumbbells, torch, scrap peice of thick plastic.
06RTCharger
Got a 90 in it. Then added more bends to have a tighter fitment.
06RTCharger
Bolted down the fuse holder to the abs plastic. Now its time to install it.... Really happy with how these came out, except the method of attaching the fuse holder and abs plastic together is too bulky,

Awesome job, very nice touch I heated it on both sides when i could, till it starts to bend under its own weight then bent it into position and held it till it set. Now that u mention it tho, it might be HDPE? Im not %100 sure it was ABS. I know my white plastics are HDPE, and i had ordered some black sheets in HDPE also, and ABS. Not sure which is which lol. 06RTCharger
I think HDPE is more resilient to heat tho.
Broke_Audio_Addict
Seriously nice work, man. Better than a lot of so called "pro installers" That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. Broke_Audio_Addict
Slow and steady is how it should be. When you rush you do things half assed or make mistakes. All good things take time.
