Cardboard template traced out then rought cut with jig saw and becuase the cardboard is so thin it wouldnt ride against the bearing on the router table so i just free handed it using my pens outline, came out alright. Then drilled the bolt holes and counter sunk then checked fitment.

Damn those doors look great!

How much of a pain was it getting the deadener behind the cross support bars for the doors?

Thanks man! It actually wasnt too bad, once the peice is cut to the right size so it can fit between those three or four foam spacers on the support bars, it just lays down easily because that panels so flat.

Been working on the other door these past couple days, deadening and sealing holes.

Started with rewrapping the harness again.

Got all the dampPro on both panels of this door 2-3 layers and also applied some secondskin butyl rope to make sure the white plastic coverpanel and my adapters get an airtight seal.
