If the bats are wired together, what would make you think you can't wire the amps to any hot in the circuit? That's like having a buss bar and asking if you need to use the same hole for every hot...

In short, nice gear,  and you'll be fine. Sorry I wasn't able to respond at midnight after my 14 hour shift at work.
