bigmacjack Posted June 26, 2017 Author Report Share Posted June 26, 2017 so i changed the port to 5"x20" (which if im doing it correctly) should be a 4:1 ratio? effective length is 24.75" I looked up port ratio and Triticum Agricolam mentioned its better to get it as close to square as possible, am i correct? Im no box builder, i just remember reading somewhere about port ratio and it having to be a low ratio rather than high ratio. How low?i dont know. 06RTCharger Posted June 26, 2017 Report Share Posted June 26, 2017 I assume square is optimal, becuase aero/circular ports tend to be seen as one of the most efficient ports. I have no clue of the science behind it or anything man lol im just a noob passin on some things i remember reading. Hopefully it helps out ur box build.
