corey0928
So at the moment it's between a Ford edge sport, Grand Cherokee trailhawk, Ford explorer xlt, or a traverse ltz. Thoughts?
Ron36
When I get a traverse in at work I know I'm eating steak all week. Timing chain, steering rack, carbon on all the valves, oil leaks, multiple suspension issues, ect. 2022 Ford Maverick on 22’s Skar SK1500.1 on 4 Skar VD-8’s Mids Sundown Super tweeters, Skar TX 6.5 components on Skar SKM400.4 LC2 for audio control , XS Power D680 XS Series Extra Battery
Broke_Audio_Addict
I heard the timing chain issues are only on the older ones, carbon build up on the valves is an issue in any vehicle with direct injection, and lots of vehicles have direct injection these days. As far as oil leaks go i see leaks on all makes and models, some make it longer than others but they all eventually leak. Most common brand new vehicles i see with oil leaks are usually always fusions and focuses. Out of the ones you're looking at I'd go with the grand cherokee or the explorer. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. corey0928
As far as issues my work knows of, gm vehicles are the best. I'm working on something that's a known issue for the grand Cherokee. My wife doesn't like the white trail hawk but white on every other car. Car shopping sucks lol
