the_last_ronin
Same car (300c), same power, rear firing. 15s are in 2.5cf net sealed. 12s will be in 2.25cf net tuned to 32hz. Curious if the output will be greater than, less than, or the same. What everyones experience suggest? Thanks!!

ShadeTreeMechanic
The 12s ported will be louder. The box for two 15s sounds small, I would have guessed 2 cubes each not 2.5 for both. 91 C350 Centurion conversion ( Four Door One Ton Bronco) 250A Alternator (Second Alternator Coming Soon) G65 AGM Up Front / Two G31 AGM in Back Pioneer 80PRS CT Sounds AT125.2 / CT Sounds 6.5 Strato Pro component Front Stage CT Sounds AT125.2 / Lanzar Pro 8" coax w/compression horn tweeter Rear Fill FSD 5000D 1/2 ohm (SoundQubed 7k Coming Soon) Two HDS315 Four Qubes Each 34hz (Two HDC3.118 and New Box Coming Soon)

the_last_ronin
Crap. My 12s require 2.25cf each tuned to 33hz. After all my bracing n stuff, my math shows them getting 1.96cf each and tuned closer to 31.5hz......think this'll negatively affect output too badly? My first slot ported enclosure build... ShadeTreeMechanic
That sounds kinda skinny. It might be ok on that power. We need a second opinion. If @Triticum Agricolam is around maybe he can help. 91 C350 Centurion conversion ( Four Door One Ton Bronco) 250A Alternator (Second Alternator Coming Soon) G65 AGM Up Front / Two G31 AGM in Back Pioneer 80PRS CT Sounds AT125.2 / CT Sounds 6.5 Strato Pro component Front Stage CT Sounds AT125.2 / Lanzar Pro 8" coax w/compression horn tweeter Rear Fill FSD 5000D 1/2 ohm (SoundQubed 7k Coming Soon) Two HDS315 Four Qubes Each 34hz (Two HDC3.118 and New Box Coming Soon)
