MD7786 Posted August 8, 2017 Report Share Posted August 8, 2017 So the system is a 1000/1 on a 1500 rms psi 15. It's worked great for about 4 years. I put a bigger alt and o gauge ran from battery. Used to have a optima in trunk also. I pulled the trunk batt and it still bumped. I have had to re solder the ground input on the amp a time or 2 but now when I turn it up it shuts off like something is loose. One rca on amp just broke off and I'm gonna try to find someone to fix it but my question is could that be the reason? Thanks for your help.
