I really don't want to have to spend the money to buy a new one if there is a possibility of getting this one fixed for a more reasonable price. Reach out to them, if they say no, reach out to the manufacturer, pioneer, and if they say no, then I reckon you’re out of luck unless you want to try and repair it yourself. I secured the faceplate and re did all of my connections and it still did it.
