awesome man! random question but what do you use for a counter sink bit? I love how clean they come out.

They have other ones with centerdrills but this is what we’ve been using

Metals Supermarket on Hempstead Hwy and Pinemont.  Cheapest I've found in the area with a huge selection to choose from.

Copper with 1 square inch cross section can flow 1000A with a 30degC temp rise, so I typically use 1/2" x 2" for all major bus connections.  Allows plenty of depth to tap threads, plenty of area for 4/0 lugs, and wont get hot.

Thanks, I actually work near there so I will go during lunch this week . I need copper straps to connect my individual cells together.

Puttin in werk! Got the 3rd coat on last night.  Today, we peeled the tape and prepped for glue n' screw

Dropped the amp in bc we're giddy now

Also have the fan in the lower right corner

The fan had to be chopped a bit to fit appropriately; here it is next to an intact 4" version

Blocking off the top for flow test

And the flow test is a success! Even with some obvious leaks (no cable installed thru holes, gaps in the top, etc), the fan still moves a lot of air over the amp.
