1991 mazda b2600i 4x4 2001 4.3 v6 700r4 as you will tell i dont like to mix match diff brands in my builds 32 cans of foam in the truck roof is 3 1/2'' thick foam in center with bracing goes out to top doors almost 2'' thick coverd with a 5/8 plywood the windshield has a 2'' 1/4'' thick 30'' long and the gap in center has another strip in it so 11'' in center is 1/2'' all screwed and stitch welded to cab the back wall is beat flat and is now 2'' thick foam coverd with the rest the sheet of 5/8 plywood then the entire gap of the cab from the roof to the pinch weld the entire ex cab is soild foam all around windows every hole then coverd in 62+sq foot of Knukoncepts deadner from the bottom of the windshield down is coverd no metal left bare entire floor walls everything inside doors outer panle are coverd as well
also have a third alt that just runs the truck the two big alts only run the stereo so no diming headlights here lol the stereo is compleatley ran off 6 batts in rear and 2 big alts cd player and all also still running the stock alt that is on the 4.3 to run the truck nothing of stereo
