abdc
So I picked up a gallon of Rust-Oleum Restore 10x Advanced for my new enclosure. Probably the best value box liner on the market at $27/gallon. Other than leaving a couple roller marks (I'm no pro) the finish looks pretty nice with only 1 coat. After only 6 hours dry-time it is surprisingly tough. It is slightly rubberized, but very very firm, not soft or tacky at all. I highly recommend for budget box finish. If you like this texture, make sure you use the Rust-Oleum honeycomb roller. Wet: Dry: So far very happy with what I am seeing. Rugged just like I was hoping. What is everyone else using on their boxes?
YukonXL04
Wow that does look really nice for a budget bedliner. I might have to redo my atv box with that. 18 Sierra 6.2 Z71 : 3 F8L's, DD M2a @.67, 1.95@33 05 TL build log SOLD 04 YukonXL : jvc kw-v51bt , RE 6.5c, 4 jbl gt5 12s, Memphis pr1000.1 5.5 cu.ft. sealed

If that atv box sees much weather, just be sure to use the rustoleum primer first (i swear I don't work for these guys ha) because I hear this stuff tends to lose its grip (peel or bubble) in prolonged wet conditions if you don't primer first. Other than that, this stuff is invincible. I can't even get a fingernail into it and it is far from its 48 hour cure time.
YukonXL04
Oh it sees plenty of weather. Mud, dirt, sand, rain, tree and brush scrapes, pressure washer... Lol I have the rattle can rustoleum bedliner on it right now. It' holding up just fine. But it is pretty thin and the brush will be scraping through in another year or so. 18 Sierra 6.2 Z71 : 3 F8L's, DD M2a @.67, 1.95@33 05 TL build log SOLD 04 YukonXL : jvc kw-v51bt , RE 6.5c, 4 jbl gt5 12s, Memphis pr1000.1 5.5 cu.ft. sealed
