The rules do say 20 posts are required to enter. Dont know if they changed it and just haven't updated the rules tho. Either way, does seem a little strange.

That was quick. Gotta say I smelled that one coming. The build was sub par, the post count low, and he magically had way more votes than all other established builds on the forum.
