or that banda you listed.

You could also do two 6k amps.

Little bit more selection if you went that route.

So no objections to the Banda though don't get me wrong amps like the encore 12k and b2 the Raven look very appealing but they cost twice as much and aren't as powerful. But yeah other than the amps you listed the emf audio merika is about the only other on the market I can think of other than huge amps such as the doomsday. And those other class d full bridge like stetsom and soundigital don't appeal to me as much as the Banda.

Don't let wattage ratings fool you. Those amps are more expensive because the quality of components inside, the reliability, the durability, etc. I run taramps and love them, but they are cheap for a reason.

Keep in mind long boards (over 5K usually) are more expensive to repair and some shops wont even take on the responsibility.

Something for you to think about/consider when determining cost of ownership.

I was going to do a AA TFHE at 0.7ohm but instead went with (2) AA 5Ks at 0.35ohm.  No regrets.

However I thought they were cheaper because they used less components in their design not cheaper ones necessarily.

True in a sense, but the components ARE better quality in most of those korean big amps. Brazilians in general are more susceptible to vibration, low impedance, and whatnot. I personally have ran taramps and never had an issue (*1 issue but might have been my fault).

That is one perk to brazilian, less to fix IF something goes wrong. Generally a cheaper repair for same cause of death.

Personally love my Taramps hd10000s, never had an issue yet. Seem to be easier on my electrical as well.
