Laptop program to measure frequency levels?

It seems Dayton makes a good Mic, is what i keep hearing. I have a $20 IMM6, but i am glad yall gave me the heads up bc i assumed it was good enough. Its for my buddies truck, so i let him know. Thx fasfocus!
