You should know right away whether it’s helping or hurting you. There are many smaller size batteries that are affordable. Xs, Stinger, shuriken, etc. Starting around $55 on amazon and eBay and I believe would do much more justice than the 2 farad cap. Xp750 can be had for $79.99, may not be a lot of battery but will help. I opted for the Northstar sms-80 battery, on sale for $50 off regular price.. Say your alternator is good for 2400 watts and you have a 3000 watt amp. If a true 2 farad cap can store 196 watt/seconds would that help on certain types of music?
