tbeats
So what’s the best ground loop isolator? I know most say avoid them but if you absolutely had to use one what brand model is the best?
Broke_Audio_Addict
Nust figure out why you are having a problem and fix it, dont just slap a bandaid on it and call it good. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. Quiet
cheaper to fix the problem usually. run a ground wire from your HU ground to your amp ground. 2007 Pacifica Rebuild. Less quiet. Still not loud.

Already gave that a try no help. He has to mono sub amps in the rear and both power and ground is off the battery I say ground the amps separate but he’s not willing. Skullz
Another thing you might have an issue with is a ground from engine to battery/chassis, make sure you run a ground from the back of the alt to the battery for a direct ground to the alt. 01 Ford focus ZX3 Pioneer AVH-X491BHS PPI PC 4800.2 Morel Maximo 6.5" x2

hdorre
I threw in my mid 4ch about a year back, the night before a show and there was whine. there was no way i was pulling everything apart that night, so i threw in a pair of PAC ground loop isolators. Yes. They worked. But like mentioned above, fix the issue instead of throwing on a bandaid.
