dyablo409
I'm not running a lot a power yet just the 4channel. But I haven't been using a volt meter just the cluster gauge and it seems it still working fine. It fluctuates the same as before I started messing with anything. When I get the sub amp I have the smd volt meter that I'll be using.

WalledSonic
GM's RVC (Regulated Voltage Control AKA PCM) system sends alert signal to the dash when voltage exceeds 15.5V. If its lower than 15.5, no problem. if its over that, you'll be alerted by the light on your dash. dyablo409
Opened up the vm1 and found a banana on the board. I've had it since 2013 and I never knew that was there. Which is power, ground and remote.
dyablo409
Im going to velcro the vm where the trailer brake controller is. I took the controller out and stuffed it behind the panel. I dont own a trailer and I think I will never have to use it but if it ever came up it would be ready to use. All I would have to do is pull the panel out and set it where I need it. dyablo409
Got it up and running. When I started the truck it charged up to 14.6 and it seemed like it wanted to jump to 14.9.
