Fruit is a great source of easily digestable carbs, or rice, whole grains, etc. Firm believer in letting my cars do my talking! You can't rush quality, it doesn't happen overnight. 79 cutty Posted May 9, 2018 Report Share Posted May 9, 2018 Well protein will actually do a better job of keeping you fuller longer so you could do something like a pretein bar (keeping in mind some are WAY better than others that are basically glorified candy bars) or if you want a quick easy carb you can do overnight oats in your fridge. If you actually eat a “reasonably” healthy choice....cocoa pebbles or lucky charms isn’t nutritionally worth it and is just an ass load of added sugar. All the excuses and rationalities to "not" do things that my mind comes up with pisses me off sometimes and i get into arguements with myself ?. But having the energy and will power to come home from work the night before and get to cooking a bunch of food for the next couple days, isnt something easy to do without the mindset to do it. Then, of course, thousands of times she tried to quit. Then she decided to lose some weight. She thought that she would have more motivation to quit as she would be more beautiful. Then something awful happened. She started vaping instead of smoking. Thought that this way she would be able at least to stop smoking cigarettes. But now she just vapes marijuana. That's awful. We all, her friends and family are trying to help her. We took her to the doctor, we talked to her, anything, but nothing worked. Now we are looking for a rehab center as maybe that's the last chance to save her life. I was reading about drug rehabs here https://addictionresource.com/drug-rehab/free-rehabs/.
