Ever heard of impedance rise (or box rise)? Amps like the T1500-1bdCP were designed to modify output to lessen the effects of this usually negative impacting phenomenon of subwoofers and amplifiers. In this video we take a closer look at Rockford Fosgate's Power Series 1500 watt amplifier and then try it on the Amp Dyno to see if this "Constant Power" technology holds up to resistive load testing.

I'm a huge Fosgate fan, I'm just a little confused on the 4 gauge power and ground on the amp. It has those wierd terminals where you can't even use a 0-4 gauge reducer. Either way I love your videos big d keep it up!

Nice test, thanks man. I love my T1500 for its power and small foot print.

Thanks brother. Amp is extremely efficient at 4 and 2 ohms! I was blown away
