4th order 15 not hitting like its supposed to

At a glance it doesn't look like it would be due to any funky loading.

Cabin gain might just be hurting you then. A trunk is a more controlled environment than a non sealed off blowthrough. I always err on the side of more port is better, regardless of port velocity numbers. I go with 50-60% of cone area as my target port area preference. 105" is 60% and 88" is 50%. You're not there with the current design, are you?

This is not the correct way to do a blow thru enclosure. All of the enclosure’s strength is in the bed.
