I have a question. I have a 2012 Acura TL Elite and the back seats do not fold down but have a ski pass in the center which I always leave down. I also have a 8" factory subwoofer which is still installed and haven't taken out yet or might not take out. My question is it better to have the subs and port facing the trunk and have my ski hole and factory 8" sub removed. Or have the subs face the trunk and have the port face the seats in the center so its aimed at the ski hole. I would leave my factory 8" sub installed and also any gaps around the top and sides I would try to put a beauty pannel and try to force all the bass and air into the ski pass.

How tough would it be to run a semi external aero port(s) to your rear deck lid?

That way you could keep the back seat clean, but still run the port to the cabin?  By adding some 90's to direct the port(s) to the deck lid you would only have to cut one or two small round holes in it.  You could potentially run a smaller box and gain some trunk room at the same time perhaps?

So the subs would face the trunk and the port on the top of the box?

If I have the subs facing the trunk and have the aero port on the back of the back going inside the ski pass would this idea work?
