WillistonAudioLabs
Orion explains this amp has a "progressive" power supply and can obviously consume quite a bit of current and put out gobs of power during burps See my videos on YouTube http://www.willistonaudio.com Many tests and demos of OLD and NEW SCHOOL car audio gear! Jessica
saw this on youtube, came here for the thread. Some people dont like the dynamic mode. I don mind it as long as its used in reference to the certified mode. That aside, 7k is probably the biggest variance ive seen in any amp. wonder how long the internals would hold up with a thousand amps of current flowing through them. Rest in peace, walled 87 accord build log 03' Corolla build with AA Mayhem inside. My super random youtube channel and terrible camera work. WillistonAudioLabs
Tony made the dynamic mode for a reason. People who know a LOT less about amplifiers complain about the mode. As I stated in the video, the 0.5 dynamic test shouldn't be used as a reference for what you would expect in a car with speakers wired at 0.5. However, it does show the amp has the ability to deliver massive power at low impedance during burps or musical peaks See my videos on YouTube http://www.willistonaudio.com Many tests and demos of OLD and NEW SCHOOL car audio gear!
