Help with 06 mustang

I have an 06 mustang that came with the shaker 500.

I now have a box in the trunk with 2- 12 subs (sealed) with amp,6.5 infinity components in doors with stock 8” subs as well. Pioneer 6x8 in rear deck, both front and read run of Alpine mini amp. New Pioneer NEX head unit with 3 pair of RCA Preouts front/rear/sub.

 

The stock door subs run off their own stock amps but don’t know where they are LPF at so not sure the best option for them. right now I have then hooked up to the sub-out with the subs in the trunk. Looking for suggestions on setup that may be a better idea for SQ setup.

So

1.     (front out) Components(alpine amp)

2.    (rear out) 6x8 (alpine amp)

3.    (sub out)Door stock 8” subs(stock amps) and rear 12 subs (Audiopipe amp)
