Help needed for ported box with 2 sundown 6.5 X

 I Found some more space I can max out at 37" width and 16"deep and 10" height if that can help me

So here is a suggestion for 3 subs, power: to subs rated, amp subsonic filter to 28Hz, minimum port clearance 2", figure is just an assembly guide:

NOTE: If building outside you need to build a cardboard dummy box to test fit in it's way inside.

Going to begin building the box over the weekend.  I know in smaller boxes port noise is almost unavoidable but do you suggest doing round over edges on port or do the 45 degree ends like in the diagram?

These boxes are designed to control port noise and port efficiency but definitely round over any sharp edges inside the port (at the turn) and at either end so that you are protected as much as possible.

Add 45 to the inside the corners of the box also or leave it?

I wouldn't because the ports are very small and thin, any little mistake in the 45s size or assembly would choke the port and damage performance instead of help it.
