jnasty
Sup dewds! long story short, I blew up my LMS ultra ?.. But with all tragic ends, come new beginnings. New plan - nsv4 18" in 7cu tuned with passive radiators. probably 32hz as per their website. really wish i couldve dropped the new sub in the LMS box, but its 5.4cf net & just isnt big enough. So I just picked up 3 sheets of 5x5 - 3/4 baltic birch plywood. The gameplan is to rip the sheets to 3/4 wide strips & then stack said strips so the endgrain can be seen. I would have loved to cut out the entire perimeter of the box and stack that way but there would be just too much wasted wood & i dont own a money tree So, stop by check it out.. slow progress though.. we all gotta work Vehicle: 2002 Ford Escape Electrical: 275A Singer, 160ah XS/Yinlong lithium, 2,000farad XS Supercaps Head Unit: Apple iPad Hi-Res Passthrough Topping d10s Speakers: {ACTIVE} - (4) Arc Audio RS 6.0, (2) Arc Audio RS 4.0 & (2) Arc Audio RS 1.0 Sub Stage: (2) TC Sounds LMS Ultra 5400 18" Amplifiers: ARC Audio - (4)4200SE(comp modded, (2)4000SE Processing: Helix DSP Pro W/ Dash Mounted Director

jnasty
Anywho, work has been kickin my ass made very little progress. bonded all the strips and plained them flat & sanded a bit. the top of the box which will house the plexi is gonna be a bit different though. I cut 3.5" strips and gluing them in a herringbone pattern.. i got the idea from a table i saw on youtube.. heres some pics Vehicle: 2002 Ford Escape Electrical: 275A Singer, 160ah XS/Yinlong lithium, 2,000farad XS Supercaps Head Unit: Apple iPad Hi-Res Passthrough Topping d10s Speakers: {ACTIVE} - (4) Arc Audio RS 6.0, (2) Arc Audio RS 4.0 & (2) Arc Audio RS 1.0 Sub Stage: (2) TC Sounds LMS Ultra 5400 18" Amplifiers: ARC Audio - (4)4200SE(comp modded, (2)4000SE Processing: Helix DSP Pro W/ Dash Mounted Director
