Silverado factory integration

I don't see why you can't unplug the factory amplifier and plug in the DSP ?? All the bells and whistles are before the factory amplifier ... correct ???

There is no amp. Its non bose. But how the 8" screens are they are wired funky so certain locs or whatever mess up the am fm xm radio

ok, so you are saying that if you unhook the outputs from the source unit to the speakers, the unit goes stupid ???

but I just picked up an 18 so I’ll check with ray and Scott before I throw the 6-8 in it

Does yours have 8" screen? It only affect those.  And what's the 6-8?
