Mechman Elite 370a or CES 390a/370a/300a

Recommended Posts

I’ve narrowed my search down to four options,

1. CES 300a, 240a hot idle for $605.

2. Mechman E 370a, 200a+ idle $599

3. CES 390a with 170-180 idle $595

Mechman and the 390 have machines aluminum cases not sure about the 300.

4. CES 370a , says around 200 idle for $495 but in regular ugly case.

I know Mechman as 2 year warranty vs CES at 6 months.

Leaning to the Mechman for 2 year warranty but the CES for 495 seems good, but ugly.

Which of the two would you guys choose and why?  Or maybe another brand for aroudnsame price?

GP are about 900 and singers are about 759 with no billet case.

Ok I just bought the mechman 370 for 590 shipped, is there anything I should tell them like self exciting and internal charge of 14.9?

Or stick with the factory wiring so the battery light won’t come on?

Also orderd the 2440NEX, getting very excited.

Now to order sky high 1/0 50 feet for 180 or royal welding wire 2/0 50 feet 110.

welding 2/0 is the same as car audio 1/0, so if you want to save $70, go with the welding

Nice, def need to save some cash, it’s getting out of hand haha.

Ordered 50 feet of the black, thanks.

does the hydrolic  crimper work good with this cable? Thinking of getting the 50 dollar one.

For 2/0 wielding wire what would be the best lugs? Guessing copper with 1/2 hole and 2/0 since it’s real AWG

yeah i've used my hydraulic on car audio 2/0 and it works great.  1/2 hole should be fine yeah, and as far as lugs, if you're ordering them from an audio company, get 1/0 if youre getting them from a welding company get 2/0 :)  or just make sure they specify what size they are like if they're used in car audio or not.  i got a bunch of copper ones off ebay when i found mine

The welding wire i ordered turns out is out of stock lol.  So after looking at the price with shipping, it was only 20 dollars more to buy skyhigh 1/0 50' with free shipping.

So i got 50 feet of Skyhigh blue along with 20 1/0 copper rings.   Also picked up some skyhigh RCA's 3 foot and 12 foot.
