Personally, no, but I have some experience with the 01 silverado, so close but no cigar. Either way, I would suggest facing the subs up into the bottom of the seat, and have the port facing forward. Mark with Car Audio Fabrication made a box with a similar design, had good luck with it too. Tune it to like 36-38hz for best results imo.
