Hey guys just got my new subs in the mail and went to test both of them before installing and got 3.2 ohms on both sided on both subs. These are 12" 1000 Watt 2-Ohm Car Audio Subwoofer with Dual Voice Coil. Was wondering if this was normal.. also I bought a new 2k watt 2 channel 2\4 ohm amp and was wondering if this wiring would be correct. Thanks.

this is the link of the subs i bought "https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01BKT8S1C/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00__o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1"

and this is the amp "https://www.ebay.com/itm/Crunch-PD2000-2-2000-Watt-2-Channel-Pro-Power-Car-Stereo-Amplifier-Class-AB-Amp/352275581322?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649"

Hiw much resistance do you have on just your test leads??

Didn't even think of that... the leads have 1.4 resistance on them. Which would make it 1.8 which is perfect.. Thanks lol. Any ideas on the wiring side? wanting to possibly make my set up 2ohms to the two channel since that will maximize the wattage. Thank you.

Time to get new leads for your meter.

Wiring the subs series parallel will achieve you a 2ohm DCR, as pictured.
