Mike4068
Hey all, I recently got my new Fi sub and it's a dual 2 ohm. I got a defective rf t2500-1bdcp and wasn't about to wait for an unspecified time for replacement so I got a new one. My question is once I get the replacement would running each coil on it's own amp be too much for this sub? It's in a 7cuft 30 hz enclosure. Standard 4 spiders in the sub. Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.
jnasty
Nice sub! I was between that 18 or a suindown 18.. I think you're gonna be just fine, i've heard those subs can take a bit over rated power. Youre gonna link the amps though right? Mike4068
I'm gonna gain match them with a cc-1 because I can't strap them as then they will be 2 ohm stable and I can't wire my sub to that. I could strap them and run at 4 ohms but I really don't want to do that.
