DiBo Posted March 7, 2019 Report Share Posted March 7, 2019 If our starter batteries are one group and our Banks are another group then how can people say mixing batteries is bad? I'd like to delete my group 65 starter and possibly add 2 D7500's a buddy of mine has. Obviously I wouldn't be able to fit those under the hood but I removed my rear center console in my navigator so I can add batteries. I can get these two d7500's for less than two xp3000's. That would give me 5 AGM total... 2x7500 and 3 group 31's. Anybody see a problem with this? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

They are the same make up. Xps just aren't recommend for under hood/tons of heat.
