BustedSub
Hello all and thanks for the help. So im preparing to build a new box it is 5 cu ft tuned to 34hz with two 12s in it. I am having trouble finding my port length im using straight 6" pvc pipe, on one program it says i need 6.65" and another it says i need 8.. So any help would be great! EDIT: Also says port area only 28.26?
Triticum Agricolam
A 6" port is 28.26 sq in. How much power are you running? A single 6" port is most likely not going to be enough port area. BustedSub
I'll just be running about 2k watts for awhile, and that's what i was thinking with the port area but i read that it should be much higher. Then i got confused lol.

Here is a link to my port area calculator: https://goo.gl/STAv4p With two 6" ports, to tune a 5 cu ft box to 34 Hz they are both going to need to be about 22" long.
