Marshall p
I bought a CES small case 320 amp alternator and was wondering can I just run a simple fuse between the alternator and the battery. I've googled this and it seems people use smaller runs of wire as fuses I guess. I've never run a system over 1500 watts rms so I've never had to do multiple batteries. gonna do one under the hood and one in the back. also how big of a fuse should I run between the battery and alternator? 350? also I'm either gonna get a psi 2500 or a b2 2500. I'm leaning towards the b2 because its $100 cheaper but don't see much info out there about the rage series. anyone on here running em and what are your thoughts? Mike4068
You don't need a fuse from the alternator. Fuse at wire rating at under hood battery and another fuse at wire rating at trunk battery. Fuse from second battery to amp at amp rating.
