I have enough rattles to hunt down as it is lol Good thing about working on these door panels is I found a rattle where the panel was seemed together (One reason why i decided to make it seemless) and compliments of my nephew, there were several bolts missing to the access panel causing another. Did you find a need to make a gasket of some sort to seal the edges of the access panel up in yours to control any vibrations, or was it sufficient the way it is? So you can deal it shut. And deaden around that. I have a few minor dings to fix and 2 rusty cab corners but...
