also changes sometime too clear but sounds like i have a big seashell too my ear and everything kinda echos.  Also sometimes too  can hear my breathing when i breath through my nose.

My ear feels very full, and the little sound I do hear is very electronic sounding. If I talk on the phone, the people sound like chipmunks--if I can hear them at all that day. TVs, alarm clocks, and radios also sound very tinny
