AaronT Posted July 12, 2019 Report Share Posted July 12, 2019 Like either way way too much clean power (not likely) or dirty signal (clipping) There are only 2 things a coil will fry because of. And both things result ultimately in the same thing that ruins them, HEAT! Heat from grossly over powering or heat from DC voltage going to coils (clipping) I don't think "he know what he doing"..
