slowfkncar
Try a different amp or try plugging in a different source(mp3 player, phone ect) to test the rca inputs or use a DMM, play some music and check your line out converter for ac voltage at the amp side. I tried radio phone and cd still nothing. I just checked voltage at the remote wire at the amp and has 12 volts. Should there be voltage at the rcas? Also teste continuity on the rcas they were good. Ripkon
Try a aux cable to rca or anything with rca with sound directly to the amp

Roadmaster-Build
I agree with bassmunky check everything. Should have some sort of output from the rcas, check the level adjustment on the loc too. Pretty much falls in the lines of checking everything.
