Charles Phillips
I just bought a PPI a200.2 online. It came without a couple FETs so I’m looking for a replacement set (6). The FETs used were IRFZ44-22’s. I was looking to make sure the amplifier is hardy in its age and saw in an old post somewhere they suggested the IRFZ48. These went out of production, but Mouser sells an IRFZ48NPbF. Some of the specs are different, but I’m wondering if I should just go with the original IRFZ44 model ones or switch to the newer model. Rpg663
I figured it out. Ended up getting the IRFZ44N-G IIRC and it worked.
Scotnemily
Glad it worked. I love the PPI Art series! I still have some of them, and am currently using my Ax606. The ProArt series were some of the best amplifiers ever built.
