ANGRY Posted July 25, 2019 Report Share Posted July 25, 2019 My car uses 1ohm 8 inch front speakers, one is blown, is there something I can replace them with? Ideally I want to keep the whole system as is, no extra amps etc, just basic replacement. But most of the 8 inch speakers are either 4 or 8 ohms... what do I do? (front doors 200mm 1ohm speakers back doors 165mm 2ohm speakers hatch 80mm 2ohm speakers dash 80mm 2ohm speakers) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

What vehicle you have? What speaker is installed now? Is it a true 8 inch or a 6.5? If you were swapping out and upgrading everything .... sure. But nothing can benefit by upgrading one driver.
