josephj86
Ok I was just wondering about this, does the - db tracks make your system louder or do the +db make it louder I'm a little confused I have a dd1 coming and am just looking for some answers Any replys are much appreciated thanks
Mike4068
-db is for setting overlap. Use 0db to find max hu volume. - db will result in a louder system but you can go too far. Edited August 14, 2019 by Mike4068

Mike4068
Remember that even with your gains set up perfectly you can still get into trouble. Not all songs are recorded at the same level. You can't just go full tilt on every track.
