CstrokerV
What class ? On home electronics the onboard fuses usually do but they are not On the wire . The are actually on the board and are different types of fuses and work slightly different then anl fuses for car audio .. but to a point it’s both anyways but not how most people think my build http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/142505-small-build-log-4-dc-lvl3-10s-tl-update-link-to-rebuild/ http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/154258-rebuild-6-lvl3-12s-update-small-video-nothing-spectacular/ new build http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/188181-03-trailblazer-slow-build-8-dc-lvl3-12-m1-motor-m2-parts/

AaronT
The fuses between the battery in the amplifier they will protect to some degree, but the amps going to see at least a hundred amps of a short before the fuse blows. so it's going to see a short from 0 to 99 amps, give or take before it blows. it's still going to see the short and still possibly wreck the board
