jonik1
I've been fixing subwoofers for a long, it's easy with lightweight subwoofers but heavy ones take much more time. So I decided to make a turntable for reconing because I couldn't find any with correct specs. It was hard to find a bearing which is large enough and works with heavy weight. I found "Lazy Susan" bearing meant for food serving. It is available in many sizes, I decided to use 6" (155mm) and it works great. All you need is two plywood pieces, eight screws and some time. I also added some carpet to avoid scratching the motor. Reconing is so much easier now https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BtW_w5W_P9M youtube.com/jonik1
